Jacob got me scheduled right away (same day) and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Within 45 minutes, he found and fixed two issues at separate clean-outs. He even went above and beyond to inspect the rest of the sewer line to make sure everything was clear. 10/10 — highly recommend Kiel Sewer Solutions!

Jacob came out do a clean out of some roots. He was very polite. He explained everything he was doing and even let me see the camera view of the inside of the pipe all the way to the end. Very knowledgeable and overall a great person to deal with. I would highly recommend him.

I can’t say enough about the level of professionalism and the quality of work Jacob did for my family and I. He showed up WAY faster than I had planned. Main line was backed up. Gave Jake a call and he was here within 20 minutes. Ran the camera and found the issue. Snaked the line and got the entire line cleared. I can always count on Jake to be here quickly and very reasonable pricing. If I could give him a 100 star review I would. Highly recommend his services.
